  1. Open my Newton link before you create your account. The code is attached for you.
  2. If you already signed up without it, look for the Enter code here box in Newton's web app.
  3. Type Z60U58 and click Apply code.

The code box is only there for a limited time after you sign up, and Newton doesn't say exactly how long. Using the link first is the safe route.

How to get the $20 Newton bonus

  1. Sign up through my Newton link, or enter code Z60U58 in the code box right after you sign up.
  2. Verify your account. Your 90 days start when verification is done.
  3. Fund your account and trade at least $100 CAD in total, in one trade or several.
  4. The $20 CAD is credited to your Newton account once the trades are done and Newton has checked them.

Rules that cancel the bonus

Deposits alone don't count. The $100 is measured in trades.

The code is for people who are legal residents of Canada, at least 18 years old, and new to Newton. Each person can get the welcome bonus once.

Where do I enter a Newton referral code?

How long do I have to enter the code?

Only a short time after you sign up. Newton's help pages don't give an exact window, so enter it right away, or use the link before you create your account.

Does the $100 have to be one trade?

No. One trade or several smaller ones both count, as long as they add up to at least $100 CAD within 90 days of verifying your account.

When is the $20 paid?

Newton credits it to your Newton account shortly after you reach $100 in trades. Newton checks every referral first and can delay or refuse a bonus if the activity looks suspicious.

Who can use a Newton referral code?

Is the Newton bonus taxable?
